    Filthy Fifty
    Box Jumps 24/20"
    Jumping Pull-Ups
    Kettlebell Swings 24/16 kg
    Walking Lunges
    Knees to Elbows
    Push Press 45/35 lbs
    Hip Extensions
    Wall Ball 20/14 lbs
    50 reps each for time.
    1. Samson Stretch
    2. Air Squat
    3. Sit-up
    4. Reverse Hyper
    2 rounds of 10 reps.
